Kobalt Tools 500

I wasn't really able to capture the intensity of the racing from our seats in the grandstand. Next time we'll rent an RV and stake out a spot on the infield.

Roller Derby

Roller Derby is a spectacle worth seeing, but if you go, I recommend only attending the main event. A double-header is a lot of roller derby.

This Caprice Classic with 30s is a traffic-stopper:

(Though I doubt that the stock drum brakes contribute much in the stopping department.)

I liked this Le Sabre too:

Austin, Texas

I'm quite fond of this shot from our trip to Austin:

State Trooper

One highlight of the trip was sampling some of the great Bar-B-Que at The Salt Lick. The best part of the trip though was when we escaped the heat by swimming in the Barton Springs Pool.

Chicago, Illinois

We were recently in Chicago and we had a good time checking out the free concerts and the cool sculptures (1, 2) in Millenium Park. I also enjoyed getting a haircut from Joe - he used an old school straight razor to trim up my neck, and it was pretty amazing how smooth of a shave it was.

Here are a few favorite shots from the trip:

We were able to escape the heat by going to Portland for a long weekend. It's a great city, and I enjoyed photographing it. A few favorites from the trip:

Introducing Agile Vision from CA!

CA just released Agile Vision - their first application built entirely on Force.com. Agile Vision is an application that teams can use to collaborate and manage their projects. It's especially aimed at teams that are using an Agile development methodology. I'm the Technical Account Manager for CA, so I'm pretty excited about this launch.

The app looks great - CA has built a lovely user interface that will help teams work efficiently, even if they are distributed:

I'm really excited for CA, and this is just the first of many great apps that CA will build on Force.com. For more information, check out ca.com/agile.
